To dive deeper than 55 meters on one breath I’ve decided to remove the mask and blind myself. One less air space to think about equalizing under the intense pressure and one less sense to burn oxygen and distract me. If diving blind folded into pitch black water ,holding your breath , with the weight of a car on your chest sounds terrifying… it’s because it is... which explains why it’s difficult for me to explain the feeling of diving to these depths and coming back fully calm and present. It’s been an immense challenge to tune my body to reach its max potential inside the water and out. From squatting 250kg to depths over 55 meters on breath hold. Look forward to documenting and sharing my experiences with all of you soon and how the breath work and apnea is benefiting my life , physical health, and mental health in ways you couldn’t imagine.

Quality is not an act, it is a habit. If you’re going to do it, do it right.  @ruleoneproteins clean gainer is my go to for building and maintaining muscle during intense trainings in the gym and underwater. I can burn in excess of 2500 calories in a free diving session due to the breath holding, cold water, swimming, and pressure. Great for staying lean but my macros need to be on point to avoid muscle loss. R1 clean gainer  is usually my first meal after my training, fast , or my breakfast on high energy expenditure days to help reach target caloric intake. An  invaluable integration into maintaining my lifestyle and physique.
